NeuralWare collects personally identifiable information when you register for NeuralWare email or postal mail information services, when you register NeuralWare products, and when you take advantage of promotions or enter sweepstakes.
When you register NeuralWare products, we ask for your name, email address, physical mailing address, zip code, company, and product serial numbers. Once you provide this information, you are not anonymous to us, and your contact information is associated with NeuralWare products in our internal product shipment database.
